hi ,

all was ok until yesterday.

one of my drive checks failed on a server with "access is denied.

this is the command i run:

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nrpe -u -H 192.168.20.3 -p 5666 -c CheckDriveSize -a ShowAll MinWarn=5% MinCrit=2% Drive=D:

Filter processing failed: Failed to get size for d:: 5: Access is denied.

if i check drive c its ok:

OK c:: Total: 99.656GB - Used: 30.139GB (31%) - Free: 69.517GB (69%)|‘c: free’=69.51688GB;4.98281;1.99312;0;99.65624 ‘c: free %’=70%;5;2;0;100

nsclient is on its latest version: 0.5.2.39

Check the security permissions for the drive with the problem. Most likely the default security permissions were removed. You can add the default security permissions back or just add the local “network service” account to this drive with read only permissions. Check what local account runs the nscp service and add that account. Not 100% sure that account name.

I hope that helps. :slight_smile:
